Here's more information. I only got the receipt numbers. The package arrived at NSC on 7/3 and recieved by R. Williams at 9:03am. My I-140 was approved at TSC last year. I live in NSC area. Receipt numbers started with LIN, so the cases were not transferred to TSC. I hope this means that they're processing the box for 9:03 on 7/3.

The applications recrived at TEXAS on 1st JUN started receiving recepit notices. One of my friends checks got cleared today. :confused: As per my analysys nebraska had a 6 day lag till Jan 1st. Lets see.

I agree with you vin13, remove country quota or by number of years we are legally here in US.
Base on PD is not fare enough. Many of us filed GC vary late because of one or many reasons.
I understand why you all are not favoring my call, since you all are EB2, EB3 is suffering because of no movement and huge backlog and EB2 is gaining because of Spillover, so you all are not favoring this. Anyway we are trying our best to get some relief for those hanging around with older priority date, let's see...

Well then you should have done it long time back . You are now going for your citizenship and everyone on this forum knows that.
i dont think we are going to solve anything by fighting among ourselves here... we have to take the fight up with USCIS and not among ourselves... the plight of EB-3 at this point is far far worse than EB-2... atleast we are current.. they are not even that.... we have to somehow include all fractions into what we do at this point....
EB-3 deserves a GC as much as an EB-2... and so let's not create boundaries here... United we stand... divided we fall...
what are our options.. to make the 500 pound gorilla kneel down ??
i remember a famous saying.. pen is mightier than the sword... so what are our options guys ???

I filed late June at NSC trs to Texas and received on July 2nd. Just received my RN yesterday for my 485. On line it says that my ead has been approved and the notice went out on the 25th.

On the note of your question, I have written to Greg Siskind requesting him to highlight you situation (ofcourse maintaining anonimity) and to suggest any recourse that you might have. Please keep an eye out on his blog and I hope he addresses this.
As a note to all the administrators of this IV forum, I am sure we can pull a few strings to have an attorney provide a free consultation to Mehul .
ALso, Mehul, if you cannot find an attorney who can provide a free consultation, please let me know and I can request my attorney if he would do this favor for me.

We are applying for EB based greencard,That is its my company which is applying for my GC, i am just an benefeciary , and USCIS is dealing with my company, How can i then sue USCIS in the lawsuit.
I asked this because, my lawyer told me that its my company who is the applicant in a EB based GC
Your company does not file adjusment of status (AOS), you file the AOS for you and your dependents ... we are not talkin about labor and 140 here we are talkin about 485 .. Your employer or lawyer does not undergo vaccinations and medical tests ...
You should ask your lawyer about "due process under law" in american constitution ...

Can someone with a paypal account come forward and take over a fund? Anyone with a paypal account can donate any amount using a nickname and we can publish the nickname along with the amount donated on this thread. That way we have accountability and also have a better idea of how many flowers we can send. That person with the paypal account can then order the flowers on Saturday by the latest.
Others, if they want, can send the flowers on their own also.
Just a suggestion... If we can do this, I believe more people will come forward!
